About CMM Services Inc.

Service: We repair CMM’s, Optical comparators and Vision systems. Some electronic repair is performed to the component level, if needed.

Retrofits: We install software and hardware retrofits on most brands of CMM’s and Optical comparators.

Calibration: CMM’s, Optical comparators and Vision systems

Machine tools: Pitch and Yaw (angular), backlash, linear error (called “Pitch error” in machine tool language), squareness. Other data can also be collected, if needed.

Rotary tables: Rotational error

Compensation files or parameters and mechanical adjustments can be made to improve the operating geometry of the equipment. Reports and certificates are provided indicating the before and after condition. All calibration equipment is traceable to national standards.
